Virtual Offices for Artists / Arts Organisations

As part of the Centre for Creative Practices commitment to the Arts CFCP offers a virtual office service for Artists and Arts Organisations.

Knowing how many Artists and Arts Organisations work to very tight financial constraints and limited space options CFCP has introduced this scheme to help you by offering you the opportunity to have a virtual office space in the centre of Dublin solely dedicated to Artists and Arts Organisations.

Whether you require just a postal address or somewhere where you can meet potential clients / funders in a space that is an Arts space and if you are looking for a quiet space then we have a meeting room that you can use at very reasonable rates.

Below you will find details of the services that we offer at present. We are looking to add to these services on an on-going basis to include a full virtual office with telephone answering services.

Postal address only 
€10 per month
No set-up fee

Features: 
  • Office address in central Dublin (D2)
  • Mail collected and forwarded (postage is an additional charge as per An Post rates)
  • Pay-as-you-go access to meeting rooms, event facilities and exhibition space
  • Wi-Fi, tea/coffee and technical support provided
  • 10% off the price of event and meeting rooms
  • Invitation to a range of events and seminars at CFCP
 

Virtual office
€50 per month
Set-up fee of €50

Features:

  • Office address in central Dublin (D2)
  • Dedicated Dublin Telephone Number (01)
  • Telephone Voicemail service - collect your voicemails where ever you are
  • Incoming fax service
  • Forward incoming fax to your email
  • Mail collected and forwarded (postage is an additional charge as per An Post rates)
  • Pay-as-you-go access to meeting rooms, event facilities and exhibition space
  • Wi-Fi, tea/coffee and technical support provided
  • 10% off the price of event and meeting rooms
  • Invitation to a range of events and seminars

Terms & Conditions

  • 10% discount on the above rates for organisations using the postal service and virtual office services
  • No minimum contract period
  • Hourly rates available for hire of the Space (excludes meeting rooms)
  • Set up fee is non-refundable
