The move was filmed over the course of two months. From the 8th of May till the 19th of June 2011. It was filmed on various locations around Dublin.
We have asked people to join the project, rather then asking people directly in a form of street interviews. People who decided to answer our three questions were asked and agreed to make their voice public. We have been inspired by an old documentary made my Krzysztof Kieslowski in 1980 called „Talking heads”. Now, almost 31years later, we have asked 25 Polish people living in Ireland to answer three questions: Who are you? Where you were born? What would you like the most?
All time spent on filming created approximately 500 minutes of raw material that gave us 25min of the final movie.
Hope you will enjoy it.

The Centre for Creative Practices aims to develop, sustain, promote and present new arts and creative practices in Dublin and Ireland through the organisation of artistic events and education.
The current climate might seem to be against us. We dare to believe the opposite. We believe that culture is a fundamental value for every society, that the arts are an indispensable system of reference for personal and collective values, an example of diversity and tolerance and a vital tool to neutralise the stagnation. |
